Memory Plus

Memory Plus is a dynamic group of people who live life to the fullest! The group enjoys spending time together while taking part in fun recreational activities, learning more about healthy living and supporting each other after a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias. The group consists of those who have been diagnosed and also friends/family.
