Volunteer

As a charitable organization, we function in co-operation with the drive, dedication and support of countless volunteers! Volunteers are needed in many different capacities - both long and short term, for general and specific activities.

Here are some of the areas where volunteers offer their assistance:

  • Volunteer Companions
  • Special Event Helpers
  • Office Assistants
  • Board Members
  • Touch Quilt Volunteers

Through the touch quilt program, people who are living in a selected long-term care facility within the local area may be provided with a Touch Quilt free of charge.  For more information on the program and how you can help, please click here.

Volunteering enables you to give back to your community, and gain new skills and experiences.

You can pick up a volunteer application form at our office or download the form by clicking here. Take the time to join our team and make a difference.
